Key responsibilities

As a Front Office C# Developer, you will design and enhance Orchestrade trading applications, collaborate with front office stakeholders in an agile environment, manage releases, mitigate risks, support critical incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance within a leading investment bank.

• Design and deliver high-quality Orchestrade features aligned with business requirements, ensuring timely and robust C# development within a front office environment
• Collaborate in technical discussions and agile meetings, contributing proactively to architectural, functional, and platform enhancement initiatives
• Lead and support release management activities, including non-regression testing, to uphold system stability and best development practices
• Identify and escalate project risks early (cost, delay, resources) while supporting P1/P2 incident resolution to minimise business impact
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, financial crime, and internal governance standards, maintaining mandatory training and professional competence

• Proactive and self-driven, with a demonstrated ability to deliver under tight deadlines and pressure
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills across cross-functional teams
