Java Backend Developer (Banking/FS Experience is a MUST)

The successful candidates will be responsible for building robust backend systems that power our banking solutions. You will work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing microservices-based applications
• Build RESTful APIs to support front-end applications and third-party integrations.
• Participate in daily workflows including stand-ups, sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Write detailed technical specifications based on business requirements.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards for banking applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions

Job Requirements:

• Holding a diploma or degree in Information Technology or related fields

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in application development using Java. Candidates with 6-8+ years experience will be considered for Senior level position
• Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot or Spring MVC

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise-level applications, preferably within the banking industry
