Technical Lead - Application

• Oversee solution design, architecture, and delivery for enterprise clients

• Collaborate with key Business Stakeholders and technical team to contribute to the technology solutions and manage the project transition from analysis through to design and deliver
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship and guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience preferably in the financial/Insurance sector with proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system development projects
• Solid experience in IT system development, design concepts and development best practices and tools within Java Microservices /Cloud environment
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
