Technical Lead- Salesforce/CRM platforms; PERM role
To excel as a Technical Lead Customer Relationship Management Salesforce, you will bring proven experience implementing sophisticated CRM solutions within fast-moving environments.
- Design and implement comprehensive CRM solutions tailored to meet evolving business requirements across multiple departments.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various teams to understand their unique CRM needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of the CRM system with other critical business platforms such as Lead Management systems and Data Lakes, enhancing data flow and operational efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise CRM data models and architecture to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of information across the organisation.
- Monitor system performance proactively, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimisations that enhance user experience and system stability.
- Provide expert technical guidance, support, and training to CRM users, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels empowered to utilise the system effectively.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in CRM technologies, particularly Salesforce features, APIs, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and best practices.
- Develop and enforce CRM standards by creating robust documentation, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with industry benchmarks.
- Conduct thorough assessments of the CRM system on a regular basis to identify potential risks or inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Create detailed documentation and engaging training materials that support users in understanding new functionalities and maximising their productivity.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Apex programming language for customising Salesforce applications according to specific organisational needs.
- Extensive experience developing Lightning Components that enhance user interfaces within Salesforce environments.
- Strong command of Salesforce APIs for integrating external systems seamlessly with core CRM functionalities.
- Proven track record using Visualforce for building dynamic pages tailored to business processes within Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience managing salesforce integrations with other platforms such as Lead Management systems or Data Lakes.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator credentials showcasing your commitment to best practices in configuration and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline providing foundational technical expertise.
- Minimum five years' experience leading successful CRM implementations across diverse industries or organisations.
- Deep understanding of CRM data modelling principles enabling efficient architecture design for large-scale deployments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL along with other database management tools supporting robust data analysis capabilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities combined with strong attention to detail ensuring high levels of accuracy throughout all project phases.
- Excellent communication skills in English allowing you to present complex concepts clearly during stakeholder meetings or training sessions.
