Frontend Developer- React/Vue/Angular; Perm role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing intuitive front-end interfaces using industry-leading frameworks, crafting secure back-end logic for seamless integration with core systems, and collaborating with business analysts to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Assist in leading and coordinating system development projects by working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
• Independently develop front-end components and functionalities using modern frameworks such as Vue.JS, React.JS, or Angular, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms.
• Independently develop back-end logic and APIs that integrate with core insurance systems, supporting robust data flows and secure transactions.
• Contribute actively to the design and architecture of insurance systems by sharing insights during planning sessions and helping define scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements thoroughly so that technical solutions align with business needs and objectives.
• Perform code reviews regularly to maintain high standards of code quality, consistency, and security within the development team.
• Troubleshoot and debug system issues promptly, providing reliable support for production environments and minimising downtime.
• Support system testing activities including user acceptance testing (UAT), working closely with QA teams to validate new features before release.
• Document development processes and technical specifications clearly so that knowledge is shared effectively across the team.
• Assist in managing development team resources by helping allocate tasks, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a supportive learning environment.
