Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an offshore development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to technical best practices.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance in-house systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance on multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Aliclouf) to optimize cost, performance, and security.
• Engage in customer-facing discussions to gather requirements, present solutions, and address technical concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, or Node.js).
• Proven leadership experience, including managing offshore/remote development teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – multi-cloud experience is a plus.
• Customer-facing experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD best practices.
