Tech Lead/ SA - react + Java Springboot

As a Tech Lead/SA your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our experienced consultants on various projects, assisting in all stages from requirements gathering to implementation and testing. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your technical skills while making meaningful changes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of technical projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and testing
• Leading junior team members to on system enhancement development

• Responsible for development of strategic business initiatives as well as maintenance of existing application systems

• Facilitate workshops and conduct client interviews for both technical and business teams to identify pain points and requirements
• Evaluate and understand functional impacts from front-to-back to address all impacted application

Requirments:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ year working experience in software development
• Proficiency in Java, React or Nodejs
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and project requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
