Responsibilities

* Sourcing new candidates for the business using a variety of methods, including headhunting, referrals, and job boards

* Keep in close contact with any candidates actively seeking a new role and those who may be considering new roles in the future

* Screening candidates both over the phone and face-to-face

* Conducting specific headhunting projects as and when required to support the wider team

* Supporting each consultant in the team by providing sourcing for their vacant positions as and when required

* Build your knowledge of relevant industry sectors by researching relevant news and developments

* Daily and weekly planning to maximise results
