System Analyst- Perm, ERP Finance System Support

Our client, a HK-listed conglomerate, is seeking a System Analyst to facilitate enhancement projects of its ERP Finance Systems and provide technical support for their smooth operation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support (L1 - L2) and troubleshooting for the Finance Systems
• Support the management of finance system projects, including assisting with project planning, timeline management, feasibility studies, user requirement analysis, user acceptance testing, training, and documentation
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure quality system development, maintenance, and support services are delivered efficiently and effectively
• Understand business needs and requirements and participate in the development and delivery of IT solutions that fulfill business objectives
• Deliver process automation solutions by translating operational processes into application development and implementation tasks
• Configure new RPA processes using core workflow principles to ensure they are well-structured and maintainable

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 3 - 5 years of experience in system analysis and project management
• Hands on experience in managing system implementation and configurations (ERP Finance Systems)
• Familiar with the business processes of accounting, budgeting process, and financial reporting
• Proficient in SQL, MS Excel formula, VBA & Macros
• Understanding of back-end and system integrations, able to communicate with vendors on requirements
• Good communication skills; proficient in English
• Chinese and Mandarin a must
