Java System Analyst / Tech Lead - Insurance

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration between offshore development teams and client stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy high-quality technology solutions
• Supervise daily operational activities, ensuring alignment with client policies, quality standards, and technical requirements
• Coordinate with vendors to plan deliverables within defined scopes, resources, and timelines throughout the project.
• Direct production support initiatives and maintain comprehensive documentation for smooth operation handovers

Requirments:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in full software development lifecycle management
• Deep expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Proven track record in migrating applications and data from on-premise to cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Java technologies (Spring Framework, SpringBoot), RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL)
