Technical Lead - CIAM

Technical leader sought to architect and implement enterprise-scale Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. This strategic role requires expertise in designing comprehensive identity management systems across hybrid environments while driving cross-functional teams toward successful implementation. The position demands deep technical expertise combined with strong leadership abilities to influence technology teams and partners across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement CIAM solutions across on-premise and cloud environments
  • Lead cross-functional teams in CIAM implementation
  • Integrate customer applications with CIAM platform
  • Implement CIAM use cases (registration, social login, profiling)
  • Design third-party federation integrations
  • Execute customer data migration strategies
  • Set up CIAM policies and compliance frameworks

Requirements

  • 5+ years CIAM implementation experience
  • Expertise in CIAM platforms (Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock)
  • Hands on experience in programming
  • Knowledge of identity protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth)
  • Cloud environment experience (AWS, Azure)
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical background in security and authentication
