Tech Lead - Customer Facing Digital Platforms

We're seeking an experienced Java SA/Tech lead to lead Digital Transformation Project. This role involves managing various aspects of the project lifecycle, including vendor relationships, system integrations, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with ITD to deliver vendor solutions, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implement new digital transformation initiatives for the Partnership channel.
  • Oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring seamless integration with other relevant applications and systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors to plan deliverables within defined scopes, resources, and timelines throughout the project.
  • Ensure compliance with IT methodologies, security requirements, and governance policies.
  • Regularly assess and report on project progress to align with the established plan and scope.
  • Manage multiple vendors simultaneously, handling varying scales and complexities of deliverables.

Requirments:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT solution delivery
  • Familiarity with insurance operations and technical/system integration
  • Strong understanding of project management life cycles and software development processes
  • Proficiency in MS Asure or ability to provide technical advice on API/integration solutions
  • Participation in business process discussions and user requirement comprehension
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Self-motivation, independence, and effective task/time management
  • Strong vendor management skills with good influencing abilities
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua advantageous)
