Software Engineer (Perm, Full-stack, 50K)

Our client is an international industry leader. It is seeking a Software Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-stack development of a large-scale business web applications used by local and international offices
  • Collaborate with internal business users, product team and designers to define and refine project requirements
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Perform code reviews and mentor offshore developers
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
  • Integrate third-party services and API across multiple systems and services
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Work with QA team to test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development
  • Experienced with Java or Node.js for back-end
  • Proficient in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a framework like React
  • Experience with database management and design, using SQL or NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc
  • Familiarity with version control using Git
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
  • Strong understanding of web application architecture
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
