Architect - enterprise customer-facing platform

The Architect will lead the company's software development efforts, overseeing both internal teams and external partnerships to deliver high-quality applications and integrations. This position requires strong technical leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle for multiple applications, able to analyst bussiness needs to choose suitable architecture model.
  2. Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product management, and other departments
  3. Drive technical strategy and roadmap for the company's software products
  4. Scale and manage large, distributed engineering teams
  5. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
  6. Make critical decisions that contribute to product success
  7. Conduct daily stand-ups as Scrum Master for engineering teams
  8. Partner with Product Owners to align priorities and resources
  9. Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members
  10. Participate in architecture discussions and planning sessions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in software development, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong expertise in modern software engineering practices, including Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, technology strategy, and software architecture
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and long-term planning for engineering departments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
