(Senior) System Analyst - Insurance - JAVA Cloud

Job Duties:

• Develop and Support Applications: Develop Java EE, Spring, Hibernate applications, including complex back-end services and their customer facing side, perform cloud migration
• Analyzes existing new business model & provides solutions by fine-tune existing systems or implement new computer systems.
• Ensures smooth production run of application systems and assists user to fully utilize the systems.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work with off shore develop to conducts program coding, testing and prepares system documents that adhere both deadlines and procedures of work
• Quality Assurance: Participate in the quality assurance process, ensuring applications meet high standards of performance, security, and usability.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including code comments, API documentation, and user guides
• Improves solution stability and adapt latest technologies to the project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-8 years experience in full-stack development, with a focus on Java , Spring and Hibernate
• Experience on Cloud implementation/ migration, EFK and Dynatrace implementation is a plus
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, knowledge in cloud will be a plus but not a must
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Short notice is a plus
