Application Lead / Analyst - Java

As an Application Integration Lead/Analyst, you will be at the forefront of a major digital transformation project. Your role will involve conducting detailed requirement studies, analysis and design, preparing essential documentation, and coordinating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements, design solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Lead junior developers, providing guidance and hands-on coding assistance
  • Create technical designs, specifications, and documentation for digital transformation project （CRM related）
  • Develop and execute test plans
  • Support user acceptance testing and system implementation
  • Prepare operational documents
  • Provide ongoing application support

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 7 years IT experience, including 2+ years team leadership for Lead positions
  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, XML, JSON, .NET, Unix, Weblogic
  • Experience with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL databases
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese fluency required, Mandarin preferred)
