Java Solution Lead - Digital/Billing Solution

As a Solution Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing the overall solution from a technical perspective. You will lead a team of talented designers and developers, providing guidelines and assistance to enable solution development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the technical design and testing phases of solutions
  • Foster strong relationships with various stakeholders, including end-users and senior technical personnel from both development teams and user groups
  • Serve as a bridge between users, technical teams, and support services
  • Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect and Business Analyst to conceptualize and design comprehensive solutions from scratch
  • Develop core components, business processes, data models, and integration points with other systems
  • Define interfaces and protocols for the solution
  • Establish implementation and migration plans, considering all functional and non-functional requirements
  • Oversee the smooth development, implementation, migration, and ongoing support of the entire solution

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of development experience
  • Experience in IT vender is a plus
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring framework, REST API, XML, PLSQL
  • Experience with Oracle BRM or quadient package solution is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
