Java Analyst Programmer/SA - Digital/Billing solution

As an Analyst Programmer/System Analyst, your role will be pivotal in supporting the team leader in various tasks such as requirements analysis, design documentation, and coordination. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining application programs that are integral to our operation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist team leader in requirements analysis, design, documentation, and coordination

• Develop and maintain application programs

• Prepare test plans, test cases, and environments

• Create system and operations documents

• Provide user and application support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 1+ year development experience for Analyst Programmer; 4+ years developement experience for System Analyst

• Telecom experience and IT vender experience is a plus

• Proficient in Java, Spring, REST, XML, PLSQL

• Familiarity with Oracle BRM or Quadient packages advantageous

• Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
