Tech Lead / Analyst - CRM solution

As a CRM Solution Lead, you will be at the forefront of our client's Digital Transformation Project. Your role will involve leading a team of technical designers and developers, managing the overall solution from a technical perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technical designers and developers
  • Design and architect application solutions end-to-end
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
  • Work closely with solution architects and business analysts
  • Manage solution design for epics, user stories, and MVPs
  • Oversee smooth development, implementation, and migration of solutions

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in IT service provider or organization
  • At least 2 years in team leadership role (for Lead position)
  • Experience in CRM system development or similar applications
  • Proficiency in cloud services (AWS)
  • Technical knowledge in Java, Angular, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot
  • Experience with CRM packages like Salesforce or Vlocity (advantageous)
  • Excellent English communication skills; Cantonese fluency required; Mandarin preferred
