System Analyst/ Analyst Programmer (CRM - Multiple openings)

What you'll do:

• Follow guidelines and instructions from analysts and supervisors for solution development and implementation
• Develop and maintain application & integration programs
• Build and cultivate relationship with stakeholders including users and senior technical individuals from both development teams and user groups
• Act as a technical liaison between users, technical teams and support
• Design and architect the application solution in an end-to-end aspect, including integration with other systems
• Assist analysts & supervisors in requirement study, analysis & design, prepare documentation, co-work with other technical and operations teams
• Assist in preparation of test plan, test cases/scripts, test environments, data and execute testing activities as assigned.
• Support user acceptance testing and carry out system implementation
• Prepare system and operations documents

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 2 - 7 years’ experience in technical role
• minimum 2 of years in team leading and supervisory role for Lead position
• Knowledgeable and experienced in prototyping, microservices programming and development, CRM package configurations, testing and other implementation activities.
• Experience in developing CRM system or related application(s)
• Experience in CRM package solution such as SalesForce or Vlocity is advantageous
• Solid experience in developing top-notch, enterprise grade software products with adoption of a structured system development lifecycle (such as Waterfall and agile approaches) and developing micro services and/or digital services
• Technical knowledge across cloud services such as AWS, Application Frameworks for cloud application development and integration, web/mobile digital services and APIs, Java development (Angular 9+, JavaScript, Restful API, Springboot), API management using Mulesoft or Red Hat Fuse & 3Scale is preferred
