Technical Lead (Manager, Perm, 50K - 55K)

Our client is a leading international logistics company. It is seeking a Technical Lead who will need a team of system analysts to drive new development projects and provide support to business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead team to develop and maintain in-house applications and also participate in new development projects
  • Provide technical solution consultancy to business stakeholders
  • Manage and work with vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams for system design, project planning, system development, implementation and testing
  • Monitor the overall development progress and perform process review
  • Monitor and analyze application metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Provide support to technical BAU tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 5 years' experience or above in system design, development and management
  • Relevant experiences in logistics industry
  • Solid experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot Framework, Oracle/MySql, Web development (React/S/Angular, Jquery, Bootstrap), web service and Linux
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and documentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
