Tech Lead - Java/Nodjes & cloud - Financial service

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead (java/nodejs and cloud) for our Insurance client. This position combines technical expertise with leadership skills, offering the opportunity to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge cloud-native solutions while leading small to medium-sized teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality cloud native software solutions
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure applications meet client expectations
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready solutions
  • Provide expert-level support for ongoing application maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Lead small to medium-sized teams in cloud-native development projects
  • Design and implement robust APIs and Azure Data solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of IT experience in application development
  • Team lead or coaching junior developers experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Node.js, Azure, and cloud-native technologies
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and monitoring technologies
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
