System Analyst- insurance digital project

As a System Analyst for digital project at insurance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's digital platform. You will lead a team of talented software engineers in developing and maintaining cloud-native applications that are both user-friendly and reliable. This role offers an exciting opportunity to explore innovative technologies and make recommendations that meet project-defined business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software engineers to develop and maintain in-house cloud-native applications.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to the team, perform code reviews, and maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Engage in all stages of software design, development, testing, maintenance, integration, and documentation.
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and performant cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.5+ years’ relevant experience in software development (both frontend and backend).
• Proficiency in React, Nextjs, Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of API, system integration, microservices, business reporting, OOP and software engineering concepts.
• Experience in AWS or Azure
• Fluent in English and Chinese, good written and verbal communication skills.
