Business Analyst (UAT, 3 Mths Contract, Fresh Graduate Open)

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in the financial sector who are eager to develop their skills in product development, testing, and process documentation. The successful candidate will support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, ensuring seamless delivery and optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support product development and ensure requirements are met
• Conduct system testing and UAT
• Prepare user requirement documents, test plans, and implementation plans
• Assist in post-implementation support and issue resolution
• Create training materials and generate MIS reports
• Conduct competitive analysis
• Document test cases and testing procedures

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering, information technology or related field
• Internship experience or knowledge in financial institution environment is a plus
• Strong communication skills and UAT testing experience is a plus
• Independent, able to multitask, and handle multiple projects
• Occasional UAT testing outside office hours is required
• About 2 days each month
• Traffic allowance & compensation leave will be provided
