Business Analyst (QA) - Banking/Investment/FX Project

Our client is seeking a proactive IT Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services, to focus on QA testing for banking projects. The selected candidate will be essential in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of banking solutions through detailed testing and analysis.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure system quality.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support the implementation of new banking systems and features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of Business Analysis experience with a strong focus on QA testing in banking or financial projects.
• Experience with banking systems, core banking, or financial platforms is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, test management tools, and banking compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
