Release QA Analyst - Oracle cloud

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Cloud Release QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of quarterly and monthly SaaS updates for Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance) and HCM. This role is critical in coordinating regression testing, validating readiness, and minimizing risks across global regions and delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and validate regression testing across Finance, HCM, integrations, and reports.
• Ensure consistent test coverage, standards, and readiness evidence across regions.
• Act as the quality counterpart to the Release Manager to strengthen go/no-go decisions.
• Reduce production incidents caused by missed regression scenarios or inconsistent testing approaches.
• Improve reuse of critical business test scenarios across quarterly releases and projects.
• Manage defect tracking and reporting using enterprise tools like JIRA or equivalent.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless testing processes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in application QA, testing, or release testing roles.
• Hands-on experience testing Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle HCM/ Finance systems.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud update cycles and regression testing needs.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end business processes in Finance and/or HCM domains.
• Experience coordinating testing across global teams and multi-region environments.
• Familiarity with integration, security, and reporting impacts in Oracle Cloud environments.
• Exposure to test automation tools for Oracle Cloud is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, structured mindset, and ability to meet fixed timelines.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with Release Managers, Test Leads, and stakeholders.
• Proficent in Chinese and English
