UAT Tester (Cantonese speaking)

A leading financial institution in Hong Kong is hiring a UAT Tester on a 12-month renewable contract in Kwun Tong to drive product development and system enhancements in a supportive, flexible, and growth-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

As a UAT Tester in Kwun Tong, you will drive end-to-end product and system enhancements through requirements gathering, testing, documentation, training, and post-implementation support within a leading financial institution.

• Support end-to-end product development lifecycle to meet user requirements and expectations
• Conduct system development and enhancement testing to ensure solution quality
• Prepare and maintain key documentation, including user requirements, test plans, implementation plans, and customer communication plans
• Provide post-implementation support, including issue investigation, resolution, and escalation
• Develop training materials, MIS reporting, and competitive analysis to support product adoption and performance

Candidate profile

As an ideal UAT Tester, you are expected to have strong experience as UAT Tester in financial sector with strong stakeholder engagement, solid domain knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while delivering clear documentation, effective testing, and collaborative, value-driven solutions.

• Degree holder in a relevant field with strong UAT testing experience in a financial institution
• Experience with payment, wealth management, cash management, loans, security trading, insurance, or FX systems
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese
• Able to work independently, multitask, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Occasional off-office-hour UAT testing is needed; compensation leave provided
