Quality Management, Assistant Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our client’s team as an Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the organization’s commitment to quality, compliance, and operational excellence through effective management of ISO standards and quality systems.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance quality management systems (QMS) to adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards.
• Oversee the operational aspects of ISO internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide training to team members and employees on quality practices, ISO standards, and audit readiness.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of quality systems and processes.
• Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and improve quality processes.
• Develop, monitor, and report on key quality metrics to track performance and compliance.
• Drive corporate process standardization and implementation projects, including KPI and risk reporting, business solutions compliance, and related initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality practices are integrated into business operations.
