We’re looking for a seasoned professional to lead software testing and quality assurance across the SDLC. This role will drive test automation, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and deliver reliable software solutions. If you have strong leadership skills, expertise in cloud platforms, scripting languages, and a passion for improving test efficiency and coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all testing activities throughout the SDLC and ensure software quality before deployment.
  • Identify gaps in test execution and implement improvements across projects.
  • Define and enforce test standards, frameworks, procedures, and metrics to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  • Drive test automation initiatives, including RPA adoption, to streamline QA processes.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis on pre- and post-implementation reviews (e.g., defect detection and analysis).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality objectives and deliver reliable solutions.
  • Develop quality strategies, policies, and plans to align with business goals.
  • Prepare executive-level reports on test metrics and quality management outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in system analysis, technical testing, and defect management.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and life-cycle models.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify root causes, improve test coverage, interpret metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in automation frameworks and scripting languages.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor testers, assign tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts/issues within teams.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant certifications in quality testing.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and testing deployments is a plus.
