Digital QA – Banking/ Regional project ~30K

Our client is now looking for Digital QA to join their Digital team to support their transformation project

What You'll Do:

• Dive deep into digital projects and system enhancements, ensuring they meet and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate closely with various departments (business, operations, technology) and system vendors to streamline project rollouts.
• Gather user requirements, set up test beds, create test cases and plans, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression tests.
• Develop and deliver training materials, providing user training and implementation support to enhance user adoption.

Who We're Looking For:

• A Degree holder in a relevant field, with at least 2+ years of UAT experience in Banking/Financial Services .
• Proficient in defect management using Jira and capable of managing test execution with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple development teams across different locations.
• Strong independence and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to balance work across multiple areas simultaneously.
• A bonus if you have knowledge in ecommerce/ retail/ credit card/ loans investment/wealth management, e-channel, or internet banking.
