Business Analyst - UAT (Banking)

Seeking a business analyst with Quality assurance/ testing experience on behalf of my client - a leading banking group

Responsibilities

• Support the full product development lifecycle to ensure deliverables align with user requirements and expectations
• Perform testing for system development and enhancements
• Assist in preparing documentation such as user requirements, test plans, implementation plans, and customer communication plans
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
• Prepare training materials, generate MIS reports, and conduct competitive analysis
• Assist in investigating, resolving, and escalating issues as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in business analytics/ QA within a financial institution
• Familiarity with systems related to payments, wealth management, cash management, loans, securities trading, insurance, or foreign exchange (FX)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to support occasional UAT testing outside of regular office hours (compensation leave will be provided)
