In this role, you'll be responsible for analysing and planning test schedules for CRM related system, utilising automation tools to streamline testing processes, and collaborating with teams to meet business goals and improve customer experience.
Job Duties:
Evaluate business needs and devise a test schedule, including planning and scenario development for internal portals, web applications, and mobile applications.
Implement and utilize test automation tools to streamline the testing process, enhancing efficiency.
Conduct a thorough review and analysis of functional and design layout specifications to determine necessary testing conditions.
Develop data conversion plans, test plans, test cases, test reports, user operation manuals, and training materials.
Promptly report key issues and problems related to testing exercises to relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with the project team and development team to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field.
At least 1 years of experience in Quality Assurance, UAT testing, or Test Automation.
Proficiency in automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Appium, Tosca, and Postman is plus
Experience in creating test plans and test cases.
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
Salary:

* Lead end-to-end Power BI dashboard development for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
* Experience in ERP implementation, specifically D365
* Knowledge of SQL queries, procedures, and functions for custom Power BI paginated reports
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Prior experience in Power BI dashboard development is preferred
