QA officer - customer facing solution

Save job

Multiple client is now looking for QA office to join their transformation team to support their customer facing system transformation project.

What You'll Do:

  • Gather user requirements, set up test beds, create test cases and plans, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression tests.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, providing user training and implementation support to enhance user adoption
  • Conduct data collection / analysis and produce various analytical reports relating to dynamic business needs

Who We're Looking For:

  • A High Diploma or Degree holder in a relevant field, with at least 2+ years of UAT experience in Banking/Financial Services or Regional projects.
  • Proficient in defect management using Jira and capable of managing test execution with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in automation testing tools, or RPA tools will be a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple development teams across different locations.
  • Strong independence and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to balance work across multiple areas simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills in English and Cantonese , short notice is preferred
