Digital Project Manager - financial service

A market leading client is looking for Digital Project Manager who haves solid experience in flagship digital customer plate-form transformation in financial service.

Responsibilities

• Lead project managers in vendor management, off-shore delivery team management and coordinate with internal IT functional departments
• Work for project sponsors and key stakeholders to prepare the business case for approval
• Work with Senior Program Manager to prepare the top management program updates and presentation
• Lead project managers from Digital Transformation Program Office to assist individual project team for clearance from various departments before production
• To coordinate vendor sourcing process include but not limited to RFP preparation, SoW preparation, review & sign-off, etc
• Deliver operational excellence; with the ability to anticipate potential issues and dependencies, highlight project risks
• Manage to change business and technical requirements by effectively suggesting solutions or contingency plans at the appropriate stage of projects
• Be analytical with great attention to detail; ensuring consistent improvement in the quality of our output
• Provide key stakeholders management support on all digital new business activity

Requirements

• Degree holder in related discipline
• 5+ years Project Management experience in insurance / banking, PMP or Scrum Master holder is a plus
• Experience in working in large, complex change projects, particularly those implementing digital and other cutting edge tech solutions.
• Familiar with Agile & waterfall environment
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of the business Objectives and Key Outcomes and the services they require to meet
• Ability to help drive projects deliveries
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Short notice is highly preferred
