(Senior) IT Project Manager, Lease Management

The Role Overview: This role will be responsible for maintaining existing lease management and legal related business applications in China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help maintain existing lease management and legal related business applications
• Assist in managing vendors in providing support and maintenance services and delivering enhancements or projects
• Define project structure, governance and enforce project management methodology and processes according to company’s standard
• Develop and manage the project plan including project dependencies, resource availability and allocation, manage activity level and milestone level progress
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to project team members, steering committee members and business stakeholders and sponsors
• Manage detailed business requirements gathering
• Work closely with vendor’s project manager(s) to manage vendor’s engagement, performance, deliverable quality, on-time delivery, progress tracking, deliverable signoffs and payment milestone validation
• Lead, coordinate and facilitate key meetings including steering committee meetings, regular working team meetings and any other project related activities and meetings as needed
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues early to protect project timeline
• Manage and prioritise project risks and issues, propose options to mitigate and resolve, and taking preventative and corrective actions
• Resolve conflicts, issues and mitigate risks and manage impacts on team performance, project budgets, costs, timeline and project success
• Lead project change management process including changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Partner with business change management lead(s) on business changes to facilitate user adoption of new system and to-be processes
• Encourage stakeholders’ engagement and support, align stakeholders’ interests and

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information System, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
• Certification in PMP
• Minimum 8 years of IT project experience with at least 5 years in project manager role
• Knowledge in real estate and property asset management is highly desirable
• Solid experience in implementing lease management system/ CRM is recommended
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practices such as procedures, tools, and deliverables
• Proven track record in successful delivering regional / enterprise scale cross-functional projects for multinational corporates
• Prior experience working on mainland China Projects is advantageous
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, good in Mandarin
• Willing to travel when required
