As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and managing digital banking projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, UX/UI designers, and business analysts, to drive the implementation of digital banking solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end digital banking projects, from initiation to deployment, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, business analysts, and technology teams, to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocations, using project management tools.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and proactively communicate updates and escalations to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting open communication, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and integration of deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, preferably in the digital banking domain.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience in leading Agile projects.
- Excellent understanding of digital banking concepts, products, and technologies.
- Familiarity with banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus.
