Regional PMO manager – Project priorities & governance

Act as PMO to help reviewing regional IT Project prioritisation, risk & budget management as well as project governance.

Market leading financial service client is looking for PMO to join their IT team.

Job duties:
• Collaborate with project teams to define key performance indicators and measurement criteria for assessing project success and benefits realisation.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions to ensure projects meet intended outcomes.
• Lead resource allocation efforts across projects, optimizing personnel, budget, and equipment allocation.
• Define and enforce consistent project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across projects.
• Ensure projects adhere to established governance frameworks, compliance standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements :

• Degree holder or above
• Solid project management experience with 3+ years PMO experience
• PMP / Prince 2 holder, familiar with Agile
• Proven track record in project management, strong in evaluation, benefits, resources, and governance.
• Establish/enforce standards, ensure compliance, and conduct audits.
• Strategic thinking, leadership, effective decision-making, clear communication, continuous improvement.
