Project Manager (50K) - sizeable company

The role overview: This role will be responsible for managing company’s Digital Transformation project and liaising with internal business units to develop project schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Product Owner to consult and collaborate with business users to understand business needs, goals, objectives, processes, and requirements
• Perform business analysis and user requirement studies and assist stakeholders in developing business process flow. Develop and review business requirement documents to ensure alignment between business users and IT on user requirements
• Create project plan, detail task lists, progress tracking report and follow-up on project roll-out
• Organise and support on user acceptance test planning
• Administrate management of change system and conduct approval for technical request changes
• Support quality assurance control to ensure deliverable quality to meeting the set standards and specifications
• Assist in feasibility study and planning for new business initiative with product owners

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration and/or IT
• License in Project Management is preferred
• Over 5 years of relevant working experience in Telecom industry
• Good command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin
