My client is a market leading financial service client looking for a System Analyst / Release Manager to join, oversee new digital banking system release.
Duties :
• Leading a team of local and offshore resources to ensure project delivery and integration
• Take a leadership role and drive downstream teams to plan for overall system release arrangement
• Work with Regional office, ensure solutions & delivery align with business and technology strategy, blueprint and vision
• Support end to end delivery include code merge process, user acceptance test, load test and production release related tollgates
• Govern and co-ordinate with other system team in designing and producing end-to-end solution
• Provide continuous improvement for existing systems and streamlines software development process to control software integrity
• Analyses technical issues and devises & provides cost effective solutions
Requirement:
• University College graduate in Computing / IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years in software development / enhancement; experience as a development lead / technical BA or PM
• Solid experience in Banking / Insurance industry; Agile environment is a plus
• Sounded knowledge in JAVA/React / Micro-service / Oracle RDBMS
• Problem solving/leadership skills and effective communication skills
