Regional Transformation Project Manager - Insurance(contract)

A market leading insurance company is hiring project manager to oversee regional digital transformation project.

Responsibilities:

• Work with regional business user and product owner for digital transformation for service solution

• Responsible for project planning, review and analyst business requirement from different region

• Familiar with Agile, work as part of a scum team including business BA, Tech BA, developers, product owner to execute the planned road map across markets

• Prioritise servicing features for delivery within coming sprints

• Conduct Business refinement sessions with markets and assigned BA to capture the user story details (user requirements)

• Detail and capture the details in JIRA and keep document repository up to date

• Liaise with development team and markets to ensure requirements and expectations are sufficiently and timely delivered

• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills for stakeholder management, understand business needs and process, provide solution and suggestion for process and business improvement

• Perform excellent documentation for knowledge transfer

Requirements:

• University graduate in information technology, business administration, financial engineering related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
• 5+ year business analyst / project management experience in insurance
• Experience in business transformation and digital project will be a plus
• Familiar with Agile environment and Scrum methodology
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Short notice will be a plus
