This is a permanent role with a leading property developer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the establishment of digital blueprint & roadmap across various line of businesses
- Manage communication & engagement with business units
- Understand different business process and identify digital enabler to improve business efficiency and uplift customer experience
- Take the lead in managing analytics pipeline & prioritization
- Work closely with data scientists on business problem framing and insight generation
- Assist in managing complex projects that involve multiple parties, ensure good project planning, coordination and drive implementation
- Prepare regular status update and progress report
- Coordinate centralized cross-selling efforts with tracking and reporting of results
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital-related project coordination / analyst roles
- Strong business acumen with good analytical & problem solving skills
- Excellent coordination and organization skills
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with web Analytics tools, clickstream data and visualization tools like Tableau and other visualization / reporting tool is a plus
- Proven English and Chinese proficiency and fluent Putonghua preferred
