Regional Project Manager - Insurance

A market leading insurance company is hiring project manager to oversee regional digital project.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project planning, scheduling, timeline and risk management , oversee digital project roll out and implementation

• Assist in testing and implementation, oversee new digital product / service/ new features launch

• Work closely with business, off shore developers, operation and compliance, manage project schedule and timeline, balance the needs and priority for different business unit

• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills for stakeholder management, understand business needs and process, provide solution and suggestion for process and business improvement

• Perform excellent documentation for knowledge transfer

• Familiar with Agile environment and Scrum methodology

Requirements:

• University graduate in information technology, business administration, financial engineering related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
• 5+ year business analyst / project management experience in insurance
• Experience in business transformation and digital project will be a plus
• Domain knowledge in insurnace web and mobile project will be a plus
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Short notice will be a plus
