About the job:
• Responsible for IT infrastructure project deployment, work closely with clients and delivery engineers
• Manage client relationships. Establish positive relationships and constant communications with all internal stakeholders during a service transition project.
• Compile baseline budgets for service transition projects based on the agreed deliverables.
• Ensure that all service transition-planning projects meet objectives and timing. Handover risk register to service operations team.
• Manage virtual teams to deliver the planned outcome for transition and transformation projects.
• Ensure the development and monitoring of a transition project dashboard that includes key metrics of success.
About the requirements:
• Degree holder in IT, CS or elated disciplines
• At least 5 years experience in telecommunication industry, preferably in MNC or system integration company, with 2 year solid experience in project management
• PMP / ITIL certification holder is preferred
• Experience with Avaya/ AWS Cloud connect solution are strong advantages
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
