Hi all, my client is a market leading multinational bank who is currently looking for a project manager to join their team, working on payment/cards/loans/lending/investment/insurance projects
Principal responsibilities
- Lead a team of Business Analysts/ Assistant Project Managers to provide project management and consultancy services on project/ system implementation
- Actively monitor the project scope and resources to meet the project schedule and budget
- Work closely with various stakeholders including business users, operations, IT, audit, legal and compliance to ensure effective project governance
- Proactively manage all the potential risks on projects and recommend mitigating measures if required
- Foster a high engagement team to deliver good quality outputs which exceed user expectations
Requirements
- University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
- 4+ years of banking experience
- Knowledge on payment/cards/loans/lending/investment/insurance projects is required
- Previous experience as a project manager in medium-to-large scale projects
- Ability to communicate effectively and create connection with others
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
