**Job Purpose**
- To Ensure delivery of IT Wealth and Pension projects according to scope, cost, and timeline with the most suitable methodology (Waterfall or Agile delivery methodology)
- To Ensure initiatives running in different delivery methodologies having dependencies clearly identified with delivery timeline and resources integrated seamlessly between the initiatives
- To ensure project budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
- To collaborate with IT delivery teams, vendors, and regional delivery team to align on project delivery resource planning
- To Run projects in a hybrid model of both Waterfall and Agile, including working with business on concept changes for project scope, cost and resources approval process, financial tracking, etc.
- To handle ad-hoc assignments.
**Requirement:**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in project management/business analysis field in banking/insurance/financial industry
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and staff coaching skill, particularly in integrating and recommending various complicated IT / business solutions.
- Experience in managing end to end projects
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
- Strong relationship building, in managing various business partner and vendors
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
