IT / Digital Project Manager - Project Governance (contract)

Enterprise client is looking for a new headcount to help in their new digital transformation project.

Responsibilities:

- Perform project governance, ensure the project is accordance to the internal SLDC and IT PMO processes
- Manage day-to-day project activities and make sure project is progressing according to milestones and agreed KPIs
- Assist in stakeholder management, including identification of project/programme stakeholders, their expectations and communicated channels
- Provide support to the Programme Lead, including setting up all work plans and delivery plans into the work planning tool
- Maintain and monitor the overall integrated project work plan
- Manage time and cost tracking
- Track and monitor the impacts and interdependencies between project/programmes

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Min 8 years’ experience in IT Project Management, solid experience in large scale project which duration is 2 years+
- Experience in application / software development projects
- Experience running Projects under both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodology
- Project management certification (PMP and Agile/Scrum Master) is required
- Strong communication skills with excellent documentation practice
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Chinese
