IT Business Analyst - Supply Chain (~60K)

This IT BA bridges business stakeholders and technical teams in cloud ERP implementation, formulating user stories and defining requirements for Source-to-Settle and Supply Chain Management solutions. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes while managing risk across design, development, testing, and deployment phases.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with Solution Lead to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver business objectives
  • Develop actionable user stories that drive solution progress
  • Transform stakeholder requirements into structured user stories
  • Map business needs into documented technical specifications
  • Validate requirements against genuine business needs and secure stakeholder approval
  • Collaborate with Functional and SI teams to design end-to-end business processes
  • Establish connections between business processes and user stories
  • Guide solution lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, training, and deployment

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years experience in business analysis or equivalent role
  • Strong background in supply chain operations and inventory management
  • Proven experience with cloud-based ERP systems
  • Track record of cross-functional project delivery
