About the responsibilities:

• Work with the team to be responsible for day-to-day security incidents handling following SLA
• Owning all IT security operations solutions administration and operations work.
• Capable to deliver early security identification and response process.
• Familiarity with security vulnerabilities, exploits, malware and digital forensics as they relate to Incident Response.
• Manage the relationship with third-party vendors providing services to support incident response
• Work with others to assist the education of security events and implications, and develop documentation to support the incident response process.
• Work across functions, technology and cyber risk controls to ensure consistency of guideline, standards, and/or policies are being followed. Review gaps to prevent, detect, response, contain process improvement and technology upgrade.

About the requirements:

• 5 years relevant hands on IT security experiences
• Equips with IT security incident investigation and relevant forensic knowledge are strong advantages
• Have prior hands on experience in handling security incidents, incidents response and remediation are strong advantages
• Certification in CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent are strongly preferred
• Hands on with EDR, Splunk, SIEM, vulnerability scans are strong advantages
• Speaks fluent Cantonese and English, equips with strong communication skills
