(Senior) Technology Risk Officer

Our client is looking for a Tech Risk Officer. In this role, you will focus on productivity, quality & control and technology,

Responsibilities:
• Drive technology risk mitigation initiatives, facilitating risk control self-assessments and key risk indicators.
• Define and track action plans against internal/external audit recommendation with technology team.
• Facilitate regulatory review with technology team and regulators.
• Build key relationship and partnership with various technology units to identifying and developing solutions to address key technology risk areas.
• Perform reviews on technology operations processes to enhance controls and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate training efforts to promote risk management and compliance culture within unit.
• Develop business continuity plan, support related exercises and procedure exercise reports.
• Identify residual risks, update & obtain risk approvals.
• Support outsourcing and regulatory risk review and assessment.
• Act as Service Delivery Manager of 3rd party or intra-group outsourcing arrangement and to closely monitor and manage the outsourced activities.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years relevant experience in banking & IT operations, vendor management or outsourcing management.
• Good understanding of information and physical security standard, operational risks, business continuity management.
• Good interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external auditors, IT support, risk and compliance expertise.
• Knowledge on retail banking related applications (e.g. Core banking, Credit Card, Investment) will be an advantage.
