About the responsibilities:
- Drive Senior Management and Business oversight, awareness, accountability and engagement on T&O risks
- Lead and manage the T&O risk framework to ensure the related risks are identified, measured, monitored and controlled, including new and emerging top risks
- Review and challenge T&O processes and controls
- Provide expertise on T&O risk related regulatory requirements
- Drive IT governance and resolution through collaboration with IT teams
- Oversee and lead the business continuity program across the banks
About the requirements:
- Bachelor degree in IT/ Computer Science
- Possess solid IT auditor experience, IT risk management or IT auditee experience as management level within banks
- 7 or more year of relevant experience in T&O Risk, Audit or Cybersecurity within financial institutions
- Strong communication in written and speaking Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Certifications CISA, CISSP, CIA, CRISC or ITIL desirable
- Familiarity with HKMA SPM on E-banking (TM-E-1), Technology Risk Management (TM-G-1), BCP (TM-G-2), Outsourcing (SA-2)
